Hello Friends & Customers. Welcome to the Zoombak blog! I’m Simon Buckingham, CEO of Zoombak, and there are several reasons we’re launching this blog.
First, we have a large and rapidly growing community of Zoombak customers all around the U.S. and we want to get to know you better. We hope that you will share your stories with us and each other through this blog. Has your relationship with a teenage driver improved since using our Car & Family Locator device? Have you recovered a stolen item or a beloved pet with Zoombak? Do you have an elderly parent who Zoombak helps you monitor? Tens of thousands of Zoombak customers are using our devices to track their most important belongings… we hope you’ll tell us your story.
Second, from time to time there are things happening at the company that we want everyone to know about. We’ll tell you about changes to our products or service policies and new features that are coming out. Check back often for updates and to comment on our news.
Lastly, you won’t just be hearing from me on the blog. You’ll hear from the marketing team, our customer service team, our technology team and maybe even some of our users. We want this to be a two-way dialogue, so we’ll do our best to get back to you quickly. As a company we are always trying to improve, so please let us know what you think. Is there anyway to get the website to list the Lat/long instead of the address or along with. Thanks
I currently have 2 locators and was looking for at least 1 more until the new update came out. Since the upgrade came out I have only been able to track 1 of my locators while the other has not yet been able to be upgraded. With the second locator not upgraded I am not able to track it. It is very disappointing not being able to know where it is at any time, but yet I still had to pay the monthly service on it.
I purchased a Zoombak back in January, 2010. I want to know the location of one of my company vehicles around our town mainly for safety reasons. It worked one time, the day the Zoombak was installed and hasn’t worked since. I tried the Update but there’s obviously no communication with the locator.
There are so many great uses for this. My husband left on a 4 day golf trip so he put our Zoombak and the battery extender in his golf clubs. The kids and I can watch him travel across a couple of states and IF someone were to steal his clubs…I have an EXCELLENT chance of getting them back. So this is fun and functional…thanks!!
